I have uploaded files and they show that they went through but the recipient has never received an email. Should I just sent them the download link that showed up when the file went through?

Greetings! I’m trying to upload a 1.8gb file. It took all night, but now it’s just stuck at the end. The blue bar appears to be 100% complete, but there hasn’t been any activity for a couple hours. Should I wait it out, or is safe to assume it didn’t go through?
