There is no “select file button” that I can find after puttin in my e-mail and then the recipients e-mail.

Please advise as to where that “step 2″ button can be found… Thanks

where is this upload button? I select the files and the transfer starts and gets to 100% and thats it. I never see an upload button like described in step 3 and once it says 100%, nothing happens? What is my problem. I have tried on 2 different PCs with IE and Mozilla and get the same results….

In version 2 of Sizable Send there is no longer an ‘Upload’ Button – Uploading will start automatically after you select the files.

I cannot see the “Start Uploading” button, looked on the page for about 5 mins. Then i checked the source code and found this:

We’re sorry. Sizable Send could not load. You must have JavaScript enabled. Learn how to

    fix this here.

Even though I know that I have JS enabled.

Well, I’ve uploaded it, but I get no confirmation about whether it’s send or not.

    • admin says:

if the system shows you the file download link, that means the file was uploaded and sent successfully.

Never mind, it just took a long time.

When will video tutorials, FAQs, and other unfinished materials befinished?

    • admin says:

we’re sorry it has taken so long to get the video tutorials live, we are still working on them. Due to the grows of SizableSend.com we have been concentrating on getting funding to keep the service 100% free and havent had time to do the tutorials.

  12. Rafi says:

I just uploaded a 146mb file and can not find a way to send it. I dont see a “start upload” button or a “send” button. It says the upload is complted (after selecting file), but on the rest it says undefined and the recipient has not received anythign (I cc’ed myself at another email address and didnt receive it either).

How do I send the files?

Greetings! I’m trying to upload a 1.8gb file. It took all night, but now it’s just stuck at the end. The blue bar appears to be 100% complete, but there hasn’t been any activity for a couple hours. Should I wait it out, or is safe to assume it didn’t go through?

Thanks so much for your support!

  15. admin says:

We just updated many of our scripts for the upload process. You should no longer have a problem uploading large files.
