When it’s frozen at 100% this usually means it has successfully uploaded the large file to the “large file capacity” servers and is currently in the process of transferring the file over to our CDN. However do note this; it shouldn’t be stuck at 100% forever, usually only for 1 minute for every 100MB uploaded beyond 500MB.
